If viruses occur, that's not us- it's probably the result of a bored hacker. But that probably won't occur- we're a Mac-based studio. We rock. If we've offended your eyes with naughty language or graphics, that's not us either, that's you.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Trampoline be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if Trampoline or a Trampoline authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Trampoline have any liability to you for damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) for accessing or using this site. 

We're not to blame if our website crashes your server. Same with any links on our site. Liability is such a strong word.

JURISDICTION 
All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or in any way relating to your use of this site and any and all other Trampoline site(s), shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and you agree to be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York State. You agree that the state and federal courts of New York State are the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute against Trampoline, its employees or the owners and operators of Trampoline's web site(s), or network. 

We're not lawyers here, but we've got a good one. A real good one. Jurisdiction? We'll just ask him if you've got some kind of claim.

PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy covers Trampoline Design, LLC and Create Attract Achieve (hereinafter “Trampoline”) treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on our site, and when you use our network, servers or services. This policy also applies to Trampoline's treatment of any personally identifiable information that our business partners share with us. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.  We collect information from our website and our eNEWSletter (only in a good way). It's our job.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE 
Like most web servers on the Internet our servers collect and store all of the information that your web browser sends when it requests a web page from our network or servers. Trampoline may collect personally identifiable information when you visit or use our pages. Trampoline will also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP (internet protocol) address, cookie information and the page you requested. Trampoline may set and access cookies on your computer. Trampoline's use of this information may be for purposes including: to customize the content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain services and information, and to contact you. Well, we don't actually collect your information, your web browser sends it to us. But it's used to find out how our site is doing and who it's reaching. Funky stuff, really.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Trampoline may release personally identifiable information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with applicable laws, legal proceedings or court orders; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Trampoline, our users, or others. Trampoline will not sell, rent or otherwise release your personally identifiable information or send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people unless: we have your consent to share the information; we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; we respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or we find that your actions on our web site(s) violate Trampoline's Terms and Conditions of Use, any other policy of Trampoline or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.
