Trampoline Designs

INGOODCOMPANY.

STAFF:

Derek Slayton, Principal, Creative Direction

Derek— Father. Husband. Fisherman. Outdoorsman. Principal,
Creative Direction. Often referred to as the dark haired one, Derek
is the go-to guy for satisfaction and cool design. He also happens
to be one of the easiest going, quick-with-a-smile people you'll ever
meet. A secret weapon in tense situations and hysterical at social
events, Derek is the guy you want to have on your side, at your table
 or in your corner.

Sean Magee, Principal, Brand Strategy

Sean Magee

Sean— Father. Husband. Singer. Illustrator. Lover of maps, doer
of good deeds and listener of eclectic playlists. Has the ability to
intuit what is needed and translate that to dynamic deliverables.
As comfortable with a hammer as he is with a photoshop tool,
he's been known to use the former on the latter. Spearheading
the revolt against unacceptable laziness and lack of imagination
in marketing and life, he often has to cajole, dare and bribe
people into trying something, usually to incredible effect.

Amanda Magee, Principal, Business Development

Amanda Magee

Amanda— Mom. Wife. Wordsmith. Social Media Devotee. Partial
to organic food and things that involve running or skipping,
Amanda's West Coast roots often shine through. She tends to err
on the side of ambition and can-do, often to the chagrin of certain
similarly surnamed Tramps. Whether in tennis shoes or heels,
the thunderous sound of her running up the office stairs is rivaled
only by the intensity of her laughter.

Paula Slayton, Principal, Business Management

Paula Slayton

Paula—Mom. Wife. Registered Nurse. Skiier. Math Whiz. Turns
an unfavorable eye toward vegetables, enjoys the smell of coffee
but not the kick, and is a baker of all manner of wicked treats.
Paula often assumes the role of time-minder, gently and, at times,
humorously, keeping the gang on track and on task. She marks
birthdays and special events with a warmth that makes everyone
feel like the most important person in the room. Armed with
her signature soda and a smile, she adds a twinkle to the office.

Amy Stevens, Art Director

Amy Stevens

Amy—Mom. Wife. Romantic. Perfectionist. She likes what she
likes and she mocks what she doesn't, kindly, but still. She is,
what they call "A designer's designer." Exceptionally fond of one
Yankee in particular, she is quick to chime in on baseball chatter.
Her husband's unscheduled visits to the studio have become
legendary for the way he consistently makes Amy smile and
brings the rest of the office to tears with his sense of humor.

Trina Quandt, Production Cordinator

Trina Poland

Trina— Bride. Sister. Seamstress. Vegetarian. Trina walks a
fine line between girl-scout-sweet and deliver-it-now-or-else,
buddy. Altar-bound and accomplishment-driven, Trina has
been a part of Trampoline since the early days and has done
everything from press checks to donning a wedding dress in
the interest of delivering the finest product. She coordinates
 and then some.

Jake Hadden

Jake—New dad. Sage graduate. Outdoor enthusiast. Nice guy.
The newest addition to the Trampoline crew, Jake has distinguished
himself as driven, consistent and armed with unexpected and
impeccable comedic timing. Sitting on the Red Sox side of the office,
he helps with color commentary and sly asides. We're still getting to
know him, but it feels like the more we know, the more we like him.
