CASE STUDY: RETAIL
SaraBear Company had successfully navigated the boutique and online arenas, when the possibility of entering the national retailer realm arose through a pilot program in select Target stores. The website and packaging that had served the company were not prepared to face the rigorous demands of larger distribution and attention. Trampoline Design worked with SaraBear Company to take the face of the company to a new maturity. Redesigning the packaging, creating custom textiles and assigning names to the products, as well as beefing up the impact, both aesthetic and functionality, of the website, incorporating a blog and promoting a philanthropic partnership with Postpartum Support International, successfully launched the brand from regional boutique popularity to national retailer success. SaraBear diaper caddies were tested and then launched throughout the entire Target retail and online market, with Babies R Us following suit.

FROM THE CLIENT: "When SaraBear was picked up by Target Stores nationwide in 2008, we needed to play with the big dogs - and have branding and marketing that could compete among the industry giants in juvenile goods. Trampoline Design understood this and ran with it.
They successfully created branding and packaging that has sent our product to the top of baby-registry lists across the U.S. Our increase in sales and distribution opportunities is directly related to our image and packaging - which was created and molded by this unbelievably talented and impressive team.
They are a gem for northern New York and their work beats anything one can find from New York City to Seattle. " —Melissa Bramlage, CEO, SaraBear
