Jason Baker's reputation as a culinary wizard was well known when he and his partners opened Black Watch Steakhouse in Glens Falls. Named after an infamous military regiment, Black Watch has become an exciting spot for dinner downtown. In our research, Art Director Amy Stevens discovered a battle story that told of a bagpiper losing a leg after being hit by cannon fire. As the tale is told, the musician stood on one leg and continued to play.
